Each author can complete the corresponding registration that will be open until October 20. Once you have been notified that your manuscript has been accepted, the participation payment must be made by bank transfer, by sending the corresponding payment receipt to the email

The participants, after having their abstract accepted, must send the rest of the documentation: complete communication, poster, and optionally, video presentation, by way of presentation on the topic developed in the communication (the sending of the communication is only required to those who have selected the inscription B, with subsequent publication of the communication in the magazine).
These documents must comply with the characteristics established in the regulations on the presentation of scientific papers for the event, and always within the deadlines established in the calendar established for this congress.

Abstracts that have been accepted will be part of the Book of Minutes, which will be published with their corresponding ISBN and DOI.

After the Congress, it is possible to publish the works in one of our magazines (where there is more room). At the time of registration, the authors can select participation in the event only (with the communication, poster, publication of the book of abstracts and online presentation), or, in addition to the above, the subsequent publication of the work can also be selected In the magazines.

Participants must agree to assign the rights of exploitation and distribution of the works to ÁREA DE INNOVACIÓN Y DESARROLLO, S.L.


  • Communications that have been presented in other conferences or magazines will not be accepted.
  • They must follow the guidelines and regulations of the congress.
  • Only works that have been received during the established deadlines will be accepted.
  • The elements that constitute the communiqué must follow the format of editorial templates specially created for the congress. Thus, the papers must be submitted in DOC format in the case of the abstract and the full text, and in PPT format for the poster; No other type of format is supported in each case.
