FOREWORD

In the last decade, technology is changing the way of living in a significant way, tourism is not immune to this, for example, the purchase of transport tickets, accommodation reservation systems, the search for information on leisure and the culture within the desired tourist destination, as well as the orientation in the They are just some examples of this. New technologies can contribute to make the tourism experience more accessible and satisfactory for all people; its development implies knowledge of the needs of all its potential users, including those of the elderly, people with disabilities or other people with reduced mobility. For these reasons, this group aims to provide in these books an overview that will serve students and experts to understand and apply these technologies to tourism, seeing them in a systemic way and understanding the essence of their innovations.
