Entrenamiento polarizado en ciclistas de carretera

Today, in road cycling, there are several tools available to measure the training load. Talking about control of workload from an external perspective is a simple description of what is done and does not represent a problem, since the work can be perfectly quantified from the training time. The controversy arises when we talk about internal load control, referring to how we control the internal physiological / psychological response of our runner when we have applied a specific training load. The current scientific literature offers solutions to this problem, options that are summarized in the 6 points that are proposed below and that allow establishing different intensity zones in road cyclists.
