Preneoplastic lesions and cervical cancer represent one of the most major public health problems that demand priority intervention due to its high morbidity and mortality rates. The figures estimated at the for women over 15 indicate that there are 27 million women with a low grade intraepithelial neoplastic lesion (LSIL), 1.5 million with lesion of high grade (HSIL) and 400,000 with invasive neck carcinoma (1). in the messure that increases the severity of these lesions, their prevalence decreases (2), although in recent decades there has been an increase in high-grade injuries mainly in underdeveloped countries (3).
