Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has been addressed with different terminological variants, which in some cases have led to its limitation to the business environment (CSR) and in others to the definition of concepts as classic as the common good or as contemporary as the of global sustainable development (economic-social-environmental).

Social behavior is something natural and consolidated when any organization (public or private, for profit or not) is aware of its social anthropology and ends up recognizing that its activity affects our collective sustainability. Undoubtedly, the controversy of words revolves around the concepts they represent, but also about the ideas that justify them. As if it were a movement of rotation and translation, the RSC is a living term, which has been turning in time, giving content to various theories, concepts and instruments that develop it.

The concept of CSR is intrinsically linked to the concept of sustainable development defined in the UN Bruntdland Report, which permanently conditions both private and public agents, to the extent that their activities must “meet the needs of the present without jeopardize the ability of future generations to meet their own. ” The legitimate social requirement that the public sector carry out responsible management implies that its performance is respectful and even “exemplary” both with the spirit and letter of the law, customs and social and ethical principles and values, as well as the socioeconomic and environmental environment and the cultural and political heritage.

The role of the public sector cannot be restricted to compliance with the law and, where appropriate, the requirement of economic and economic responsibilities for its actions and management models. Diseño urbano sensible al agua. Retos y oportunidades

This book shows a review of the existing literature on the theme of water-sensitive urban design, which is a subset of rapidly growing urban design with a range of relevant results in today’s world. It is important to present a selective work on this subject due to its boom, importance and the insufficient number of investigations of this nature in Spanish literature, which reinforce the subject and provide useful elements for different sectors of society.
The paper reviews different areas of focus for water-sensitive urban design and considers the variables that lead to different approaches worldwide in terms of adaptive characteristics of the water-sensitive urban design process.
This book also provides information that can be used to analyze the progress made in water-sensitive urban design in different regions of the world, since it considers the progress made in various areas and methodologies, and what are the prospects for the future.
Different nations have reached different levels of development, and the circumstances that consider their development are considered. The approach is from the perspective of public administration, especially how governments can work together with society to manage and improve their water futures. The selection of the PRISMA method is developed and followed, in a part of the book, in order to better analyze the literature.
This work also shows how policy principles driven by water-sensitive urban design (and the need for these) are relevant to both the developed and the developing world. For example, it is shown that inefficiencies in the distribution of water and sanitation common to developing nations with poor infrastructure have similarities to the problems faced by rich nations with water infrastructure that need repair.

The material that we put to your consideration constitutes a compendium of general contents related to Accounting principles, norms, conventions and doctrines extracted from different authors with the express objective of concentrating in a single document the generalized ideas on these topics.
The booklet starts from the definition of Accounting, the areas in which it is classified, its objectives, the requirements of accounting information and other basic aspects of interest. It works with the principles of Accounting Generally Accepted from the point of view of diverse.
An analysis of the valuation and exposure rules derived from the application of the principles is then made with general reference to their content. In the same way we introduce ourselves in the field of errors, their classification, the difference between errors and irregularities, the causes that cause it by exposing some methods for its location.

Territorios hidrosociales: una revisión de la literatura

Most of the water is a non-renewable resource, and the territories that revolve around this resource and its control are related to the most basic emotions of humanity: winning and losing, power and control. This book covers the progress made in terms of hydrosocial territories. For this, the implications of the Public Administration are considered. The book was made in the form of a review of qualitative and inductive literature based on the PRISMA methodology. Literature was selected based on academic criteria that include the relationship with the subject and different regions of the world. In addition, a thematic network was developed with the predominant or global theme of the hydrosocial territories. Organizational issues emerged and subtopics were separated. Recommendations for the future include the need for governments to be transparent and fight corruption. Once this has been achieved, the development of a better understanding of the hydrosocial territories must be addressed and a method to understand and respect the ways of life of indigenous peoples that may be affected by water projects should be developed.

The origin of MERCHANDISING can place it at the birth of modern points of sale that develop the techniques of visualization, enhancement and rotation of the merchandise.
In the history of large stores, where the development of new methods of marketing products begins:
1852: the great store was born in France.
1878: popular stores are born in the United States.
1930: the supermarket was born in the United States.

The self-service and then the supermarket arrived, which brought new sales methods, which shakes the image of the “neighborhood shopkeeper”, advising clients – even calling them by name – about the best products in the store, selling in bulk – no brand – I always request, with a white coat or jacket behind an old counter.

The distinction between the short term and the long term is traditional in economics. In the short term, economies are characterized by experiencing economic fluctuations. In the long term, most countries are immersed in a process of sustained growth (at least, the Western countries during the last century and a half or two last centuries) that manifests itself in almost uninterrupted increases in production per worker and of per capita income. What determines the income level of a country and the growth rate of its production per worker and its per capita income? What types of policies can
impact favorably on these variables? Despite the undoubted practical interest in these questions, the incorporation of his study into formal economic theory is a relatively recent phenomenon.

While economic development was one of the central concerns of the classical economists of the nineteenth century, what can be considered the dominant branch of economic theory during the first half of the twentieth century focused on the analysis of essentially static problems. And partly as a result of the great influence that Keynes’s work had since the end of the Second World War, macroeconomists paid more attention to economic fluctuations in the short term than to the causes of long-term economic growth. . Keynes had provided the analytical apparatus necessary to direct economic policy towards the economy and had worried much less about the long term (remember his statement: “in the long term, we will all be dead”). However, from the end of the decade of the fifties, the economy of growth experienced a remarkable development. The literature accumulated during these decades is very extensive and has received a boost in recent years.

Important, both theoretical and empirical (it seems that the “long term” is not as far as Keynes supposed). In relation to its consequences for economic policy, there is a very good reason to try to identify the determinants of economic growth: small variations in the rate of Growth in productivity and per capita income translate into large variations in the income levels of the next generations.

Therefore, understanding the causes and determinants of economic growth can provide quite considerable benefits and, in any case, much higher than those that can be obtained from stabilization policies.

Control estadístico de la calidad: Una aplicación práctica

ABSTRACT

This publication aims to make a practical application of the most common techniques of Statistical Quality Control.
For this purpose, the activities carried out were initially identified and plotted on a map by levels. Subsequently, the equipment and technology used were determined, in order to know those that required calibration or maintenance, to ensure proper assembly.
To separate the process into inspection stages, the map was taken into account by levels and each one of the defects that could be presented, in order to determine when each of them should be analyzed, depending on its occurrence or criticality within the work flow The defects were determined by means of the "Operational Definition of Defect", in which a name, a code, a description is given and the measurement method for each one is established.
Finally, the necessary quality tools were chosen and the required templates for data collection were defined. Likewise, the use of each of them was simulated and a general action plan of the quality function in the company was established.

FOREWORD

When I was asked to write the presentation of this work, many ideas crossed my mind but the most important was to live up to such a great responsibility. Hence the challenge of understanding the essence of this material and reading it I felt grateful to have accepted this privilege.

Resilience: Investigative and prospective experiences, it is a work that contains much more than you imagine. It is the first book in Ecuador that talks about resilience and that bases its field of action on a complete analysis that starts from the scientific to the historical.

Many are the specialists who tell us about resilience. However, in these pages, you will find the scientific bases explained in a practical and simple way, to reach the applicability.

There is a clear tendency in Latin countries to approach this proposal from the traditional perspective, the approach to face adversity. It talks about being based on the problem that the person has and the actions to be carried out, taking the root of the inconvenience as the basis to find the path that turns aggressive and that violates the human being in its very essence. The journey through this path prevails in the vast majority of societies and in this work you will find a new approach based on the principles of resilience and the potential of the individual in the face of a possible adverse society that he faces. The general basis is the human being along with his / her potentialities explored with respect and without violating the person with the objective of finding the solution to a certain inconvenience.

The focus and care provided in these pages goes through each of the living conditions, from fertilization to adulthood. Each probable situation, each reality unmasked in misfortune or abundance are analyzed based on studies of eminent national and international professionals.

In these pages, you will find aspects worked from the perspective of its author that materialize in concepts known as self-esteem, confidence, sociability, imitation skills, sense of belonging, warm family and social environment, scientific elements considered important to develop resilience and quality of life.

It also considers the main risk factors that alter and destroy the resilience and the individual in their own particularity, without leaving out biological and environmental factors. Among the first, congenital defects, physical incapacity, the suffering of an incurable chronic disease, old age, etc. stand out. While in the environmental factors are poverty, family discord, violence, mental illnesses present in the family, losses motivated by natural disasters, among others.

Resilience leads us to see the potential, opportunities and abilities of the person or group to get out of the adverse. In the development of this work, you will find that two visions coexist that play an important role at present, being the resilience that every day has greater notoriety and strength. On the other hand, the quality of life where the balance of our existence is. This outstanding work that is at your disposal, is an analysis that teaches us that attitude will always overcome the adverse and that difficulties are nothing more than opportunities to find a solution to our problems.

Social reality invites us every day to be more aware of what we want to be and want to have. Despite this, there is a marked confusion in some spaces that lead the person to break with the environment, with itself and to a certain degree, leaving aside their principles and beliefs, converting their ideals into something relative. Hence the importance of researching and talking about resilience, looking for reliable, serious sources, with a methodological base and scientific support, tools that this book contains.

Today’s Ecuador for all that it has faced in recent years requires an intense awareness of what is really important for its inhabitants. Through this book their authors show us that resilience is not permanent in a person but is subject to changes as long as it is understood as a process of growth and a way of coexisting in front of the tribulation.

It is well known that the human being by nature has the ability to internalize the negative. Look for the complex and always try to understand it to find a strategy to restitute in ascent, becoming a resilient entity. Finally, the approach provided by each of the proposed illustrations is based on the national reality. It offers us an introspection and independence when facing the hostile. They point out how to communicate the feeling and acting assertively to create an environment of proactive initiative under an inclusive conscience without leaving aside the sense of humor, another of the ways to build resilience.

Welcome and welcome to this space to overcome. To understand that despite adversity there is always a tomorrow and to understand that when everything is apparently lost there is a word that contains a whole world of opportunities and this is resilience.
