2 – It is no longer necessary to add “recovered from” websites, unless a recovery date is needed:

3 – Electronic books no longer require the type of electronic book to be listed (for example, PDF, Kindle, etc.)

4 – Journal DOIs are now displayed as a doi.org URL instead of with the prefix «DOI:».

‌5 – Up to 20 authors can now be included in a citation of the reference list before having to omit others with ellipses. Previously, only six were shown before omitting the rest with ellipses.

Now:

‌7 – Guidelines and examples of citations are being added for new sources of information that have emerged or grown in popularity since the sixth edition, such as messages and videos from social networks and other electronic media.

8 – Instead of using adjectives as nouns (nouns) to label groups of people, descriptive phrases are preferred.

Now:
People in poverty

9 – Instead of broad categories, exact age ranges that are more relevant and specific should be used.

Before:
People over 65 years.

Now:
People in the age range of 65 to 75 years.

Estas bases de datos permiten el acceso a texto completo a los contenidos de la revista, y de esta forma se le dará mayor difusión y visibilidad a los artículos de 3C TIC.

Como podemos ver en la imagen anterior, gracias a las indizaciones que va consiguiendo 3C TIC, el ICDS que le otorga MIAR va aumentando, puesto que este indicador (el ICDS) funciona en base a las indizaciones y evaluaciones de las que dispone una revista.

Esperamos que la presentación os resulte de utilidad, y como siempre, os animamos a que utilicéis esta herramienta para garantizar así que la ciencia esté cada vez más interconectada.

Cuenta la leyenda, que hace muchos años, en una región que varía en función del lugar donde se narre la historia, había un reino donde habitaba un dragón. Este dragón quería saciar su hambre, y los vecinos del pueblo tuvieron que ir ofreciéndole sus animales, pero una vez estos escasearon, tuvieron que recurrir a los propios vecinos.

Una vez ya habían sido sacrificadas varias personas de la villa, el rey se vio obligado a enviar a su propia hija, a la princesa. Sin embargo, esta sobrevivió, pues un caballero, conocido como Jorge, empuñando su espada pudo derrotar al dragón y liberar así a la princesa y al reino donde esta habitaba.

Se dice que de la sangre del dragón brotó una rosa roja, por eso los hombres a las mujeres les regalan esta flor el día de hoy. A cambio, las mujeres obsequian a ellos con un libro, y el motivo de este obsequio es porque en esta fecha murieron los literatos Shakespeare, Cervantes, y el hispanoamericano Inca Garcilaso.

Desde 3Ciencias os queremos desear un feliz día del libro, y como dijo Jorge Luis Borges, “Uno no es lo que es por lo que escribe, sino por lo que ha leído”.

Por segundo año consecutivo, la Editorial 3Ciencias se ha encargado de la edición del Libro de Actas generado en el Congreso.

En el libro, se abarcan diferentes líneas de investigación: Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones (Telecomunicaciones, Informática, Ciberseguridad, Programación y Bibliotecología), Ciencias de la Salud (Nutrición, Salud pública y Atención primaria), y Ciencias Sociales, Humanidades y Educación (Propuestas educativas, Problemática social, Métodos educativos, etc.).
