Ecosistema tecnológico empresarial para la evaluación del control financiero ante la COVID-19

Resumen

La evaluación del control financiero ante la COVID-19, resulta un tema significativo para el logro de los objetivos organizacionales, debido a la crisis que esta enfermedad ha ocasionado a nivel mundial. La COVID-19, muestra problemas y desafíos en las contabilidades, en los flujos efectivos, en las comunicaciones, los que se enfrentan mientras se transita por la disrupción generada por esta pandemia. Por tal motivo, el objetivo que se persigue en el presente trabajo, es evaluar el control financiero ante la COVID-19, en la Empresa de Corporación Nacional de Telecomunicaciones de Jipijapa, Manabí, Ecuador, para el logro de los objetivos organizacionales propuestos se utilizan los ecosistemas tecnológicos empresariales, creados para favorecer el desarrollo del espíritu emprendedor, con interconexión y dependencia entre agentes económicos que generan conocimiento útil, para un buen funcionamiento de las organizaciones. Para evaluar el control financiero de la referida empresa, ante la COVID-19, se utiliza el paradigma Investigación-Acción, empleado con frecuencia en las investigaciones relacionada con los sistemas de información. Se obtienen soluciones refinadas, en las que se descartan aquellas ideas o soluciones que no funcionan y se incorporan nuevas soluciones para solventar problemas detectados durante el ciclo que ha finalizado. Se identificó que existen riesgos que inciden en el logro de una gestión organizacional adecuada en la empresa objeto de estudio, además se identifica la existencia de reclamos por parte de los usuarios, debido a la mala calidad del servicio de internet que se presenta en la actualidad.

Abstract

The evaluation of the financial control in the presence of the COVID-19, results a significant topic for the attainment of the objective organizational, due to the crisis that this illness has occasioned at worldwide level. The COVID-19 shows problems and challenges in the accountings, in the effective fluxes, in the communications, those who meet face to face to him while it travels for the disruption generated for this pandemic. For such motive, the objective that persecutes to him at present work, is to evaluate the financial control in the presence of the COVID-19, in the undertaking of national corporation of telecommunications of Jipijapa hat, Manabí, Ecuador, for the attainment of the objective proposed organizational, use the technologic ecosystems managerial, created to favor the development of the venturesome spirit, with interconnection and dependence between economic agents that generate useful knowledge, for a good functioning of the organizations. To evaluate the financial control of the related undertaking, in the presence of the COVID-19, uses to him the investigation, action paradigm, employee frequently in the investigations related with the systems of information. obtain solve refined, in those who it is discarded those ideas or solve that not it functions and it is incorporated new solutions to settle problems detected during the cycle that has executed. identified that exist risks they fall in the attainment of an appropriate organizational step in the object undertaking of study, moreover identifies to him the existence of decoy birds of the users, due to the bad quality of the service of internet that it appears at present.
