Desde los 90’s se han venido realizando un gran número de tesis de grado en el Perú siendo el clima y el desempeño laboral variables de interés, cuyo análisis permite generar estrategias que incrementen la productividad del país. Se ha llevado a cabo una revisión sistemática de tesis que analizan la relación o influencia entre las variables clima y desempeño organizacional en Lima y Callao durante los años 2015 a 2019, teniendo como objetivo el identificar las aproximaciones teóricas sobre el clima organizacional y desempeño laboral.
Abstract
Since the 90’s, a large number of thesis have been carried out in Peru, with working environment and work performance variables of interest, whose analysis allows generating strategies that increase the country’s productivity. A systematic thesis review has been carried out that analyzes the relationship or influence between the variables climate and organizational performance in Lima and Callao during the years 2015 to 2019, with the objective of identifying the theoretical approaches on the organizational climate and work performance.
